Job Title: Lead Design Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Lead Design Consultant to drive architectural and interior design projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive design strategies for high-profile projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Engage with clients to understand their vision, present innovative designs, and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Oversee site supervision, ensuring exceptional design quality and timely project completion.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to achieve optimal project outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers to enhance skill development and studio growth.
  • Contribute to business development and revenue generation through strategic partnerships and pitches.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architecture and interior design projects.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design expertise and execution capabilities.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and other relevant design software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects independently.
