Job Title: Interior Designer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team.

  • This is a full-time role with a day shift schedule.
  • The work location is in Santacruz West, with the possibility of working from home occasionally.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide support to the lead designer in all aspects of the project.
  2. Accompany and assist the lead designer during client meetings at job sites and showrooms.
  3. Take detailed notes during meetings and take measurements/photos of projects.
  4. Create CAD drawings for client projects.
  5. Research décor and materials, providing pricing, availability, stock, etc.
  6. Place orders, purchase materials, pick up, and deliver.
  7. Submit receipts for all purchases and orders.
  8. Track and communicate the status of orders, resolving any problems that may arise.
  9. Maintain spreadsheets with client selections/finish materials.
  10. Schedule for the designer, contractors, clients, and vendors.
  11. Respond to client questions and concerns, as well as provide project updates.
  12. Meet vendors and assist with installations.
  13. Submit detailed hours (billable and non-billable) and mileage log monthly.
  14. Check the daily client spreadsheet for new tasks and update the status of assigned tasks at the end of each day.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in interior design.
  • Familiarity with CAD software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

The salary for this position is 25,000 per month.
