Our team is looking for a talented Video Editor to create engaging video content (short and long form). Our dynamic video strategy captures the essence of adventure and community, significantly enhancing our brand presence across digital platforms.

Key responsibilities:

  • Edit raw video footage into polished, visually engaging videos, reels, shorts, and promotional materials.
  • Apply creative editing techniques including transitions, color grading, motion graphics, text animations, and sound design to elevate storytelling.
  • Collaborate closely with content creators, videographers, and social media teams to deliver timely, brand-consistent content.
  • Optimize videos for various social media formats and aspect ratios to maximize engagement.
  • Manage and maintain an organized library of video assets, including raw footage, graphics, and finished projects.
  • Stay current with digital video trends, editing styles, and social media platform algorithms.
  • Coordinate and manage a team of content creators (freelancers or full-time) across multiple destinations in India.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree or relevant certification in Film Production, Media, Communication, or related fields.
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in video editing.
  • Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
  • Demonstrated ability in visual storytelling, pacing, and timing to deliver impactful content.
  • Understanding of video optimization strategies for different social media platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills.
  • Love for travel & adventure is a plus.
