About the Role
The Telecounselor will be a part of the Admissions Team, responsible for recruiting prospective students from inquiry to matriculation.Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to recruit prospective students.
- Work towards making 18 or more completed calls or over 100 attempted calls each night.
- Become familiar with EMAS software to increase efficiency and knowledge when making calls.
