Job Overview:

As a Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to maximize donations and achieve monthly fundraising targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for Google Ads campaigns to drive results.

  • Expertise in Google Ads platforms (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
  • Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, remarketing, and analytics tools.
  • Able to work independently in a remote setup and deliver results under strict timelines.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Metrics for Success:
  • Maintaining a Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) of 2+ across campaigns.
  • Consistent growth in donation volumes and donor base.
