Internal Control Testing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Internal Control Testing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for evaluating and testing the effectiveness of internal controls across various functions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting or finance, with 7+ years of experience in internal control/audit. You will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and test the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls
  • Identify and document control weaknesses and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement control enhancements
  • Analyze data and prepare reports to support testing conclusions
  • Lead meetings with business owners to discuss testing results and recommend control improvements

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in internal control/audit
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
