  • As a key member of our team, you will oversee analysts performing post-event analyses, highlighting operational deviations and providing performance evaluations.
    • You will analyze operational data to identify patterns, improve processes and enhance overall planning effectiveness.
      • Conduct what if and predictive analysis for on-time performance (OTP) and turn time (OTT)
        • Examine seasonal & ad-hoc block time analysis for fixed seat capacity (FSC) and low-cost carrier (LCC), providing optimal block time recommendations for airlines.
          • Develop contingency plans to address operational disruptions and manage special projects like fog care and spare policy.
            • Centralize planning reports, enhancing process automation to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
              • Analyze historical operational data to recommend effective flight schedules optimizing the network.
                • Conduct thorough analysis of operational data to enhance network efficiency, reliability, and on-time performance.
                  • Provide feedback on block time deviation to network workflow planners.
                    • Offer analysis reports and insights for management initiatives, including current operational planning, operational planning parameters, and the OTP task force.
                      • Predict the impact of factors on OTP/OTT performance using predictive analysis techniques
