Client Growth Professional


About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional to manage end-to-end coordination between our team and clients. This role will focus on driving brand strategy, content marketing, boosting revenue through new admissions, and ensuring impactful marketing results.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Execution & Coordination:
    • Act as the main point of contact between the client and our team, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of services.
    • Manage client expectations and organize regular meetings to discuss progress and upcoming strategies.
  • Marketing Strategy & Positioning:
    • Collaborate with clients to define and refine brand positioning.
    • Assist in creating brand collateral that aligns with the brand's identity.
  • Revenue Growth & New Admissions:
    • Drive revenue growth by focusing on campaigns that increase student admissions.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure desired outcomes.
  • Performance Reporting:
    • Provide regular reports and insights to clients, optimizing strategies based on data to improve results.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Support the creation of Reels, Podcasts, and other content.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns and manage space branding and offline marketing strategies.

Required Qualifications:
  • Education: BBA/MBA in Marketing or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a marketing agency or in client servicing, preferably with digital marketing and strategy experience.
    • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience with digital marketing channels like SEO, performance marketing, and content marketing.
    • Ability to understand and manage complex client requirements and deliver results.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
