Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical schematics, power/control panels, and instrumentation layouts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Development: Design and develop electrical schematics, power/control panels, and instrumentation layouts.
  • Sensor Selection: Select and specify sensors, actuators, control valves, temperature/pressure transmitters, and flow meters.
  • Control System Development: Develop PLC/SCADA logic for control systems (Siemens, Delta, Allen-Bradley).
  • Wiring and Testing: Oversee wiring, panel testing, loop checking, and site commissioning.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with mechanical, design, and purchase teams for integrated system delivery.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve electrical or instrumentation issues at the shop or site.
  • Documentation: Maintain documentation: BOMs, wiring diagrams, FAT/SAT protocols, O&M manuals.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety standards and electrical codes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering.
  • Experience: 3–7 years of relevant experience in industrial projects (furnaces, boilers, process plants preferred).
  • Skills: Hands-on experience in PLC programming (Siemens, Delta), HMI/SCADA development, VFDs, MCCs, LT Panels, relay logics.
  • Sensors and Instrumentation: Sensors and instrumentation for temperature, pressure, flow, etc.
  • Software Knowledge: Working knowledge of AutoCAD, EPlan (preferred), and Excel.
  • Industrial Safety: Understanding of industrial safety practices and CE/IEC/IS compliance.
