Marketing Strategy Manager Job

The role of the Marketing Strategy Manager is a pivotal position within our organization. It involves overseeing the entire marketing cycle, from lead generation to campaign implementation and performance analysis.

This includes identifying potential leads through various digital channels, qualifying them using CRM tools and industry databases, and maintaining a healthy pipeline of prospects. The ideal candidate should be able to execute targeted campaigns that deliver measurable business growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, paid ads, and offline channels. You will create engaging marketing content, manage brand visibility, and coordinate with design and product teams to create customer-centric messaging.

You will track lead sources, campaign ROI, customer acquisition cost, and conversion rates. Generate weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance, lead funnel, and market trends. Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to refine strategies. Provide actionable insights for optimizing campaigns and improving sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting

To generate new leads, we will identify potential targets through digital campaigns, social media, email, events, and partnerships. We will research and qualify leads using CRM tools, and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects.

We will execute targeted campaigns (cold email, ads, events, content) to attract new customers.

  • Marketing Execution

We will plan and implement campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, paid ads, and offline channels. We will create engaging marketing content (posts, blogs, case studies, brochures, presentations).

We will manage brand visibility across online and offline platforms. Coordinate with design and product teams to create customer-centric messaging.

  • Marketing Analytics & Insights

We will track lead sources, campaign ROI, customer acquisition cost, and conversion rates.

We will generate weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance, lead funnel, and market trends.

Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to refine strategies.

Provide actionable insights for optimizing campaigns and improving sales outcomes.

  • Sales & Business Support

We will align closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads.

Support pre-sales activities with presentations, case studies, and proposal inputs.

Nurture leads through personalized follow-ups and targeted communication.

Work on customer segmentation and profiling to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Less than 2 years or 2 years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, and campaign management
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools)
  • Analytical mindset with skills in Excel, Google Analytics, or BI tools
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and content writing skills
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in B2B / SaaS / ERP industry marketing
  • Knowledge of marketing automation & drip campaigns
  • Familiarity with Power BI/Tableau for data visualization
