Job Description

This is a senior-level contract position requiring a motivated and experienced systems engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will automate business processes, participate in the technical design of platforms, and manage ongoing feature changes in collaboration applications.

Solid technical expertise and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams are essential for success in this role.

As a senior systems engineer, you will oversee the administration and integration of collaboration platforms.

Key responsibilities include maintaining and optimizing collaboration systems, ensuring system security, and responding to failures or performance issues.

Additionally, you will produce reports for senior management, write technical documentation, and collaborate on ongoing issues and projects.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of technology support experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in administration and implementation of collaboration tools.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft suite administration and collaboration security frameworks including Exchange Online and Teams.
  • Experience using Powershell, PowerBI, APIs, Webservices, Python, C++, JavaScript, Power Platform to build and deploy services.
  • Foster a collaborative and constructive atmosphere, exhibiting optimism in challenging situations.
  • Decompose complex problems into manageable components, offering succinct solutions.
  • 4+ years of experience building efficiency workflows to deliver desirable outcomes.
  • Successful track record in working on multi-functional team projects.
  • Knowledge of other Collab platforms for systems integration and automation support.
