Project Role: Technical Drafter/Site Coordinator

We seek a skilled technical drafter/site coordinator to collaborate with our architectural consultancy team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed drawings, ensuring project quality control, coordinating with professionals, and overseeing on-site activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creation of accurate technical drawings using software tools
  • Implementation of quality control measures to prevent defects
  • Coordination with experts to facilitate seamless design and construction processes
  • Management of site operations and personnel

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of construction documentation, detailing, and building codes, as well as strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture or related field
  • Experience as a technical drafter or site coordinator (freshers with strong skills may also apply)
  • Proficiency in drafting/design software
  • Strong understanding of construction documentation, detailing, and building codes
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills
