Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop site plans and specifications.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with design, project requirements, and safety protocols.
  • Liaise with surveyors and contractors for surveys and measurements.
  • Evaluate excavation processes and work height knowledge.
  • Determine project costs and prepare detailed budgets.
  • Coordinate construction activities to meet project timelines.
  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors on project estimations and designs.
  • Conduct geotechnical analysis and soil tests for structural foundations.
  • Report progress and budget updates to seniors.
  • Maintain project standards by ensuring materials and workmanship meet quality and design requirements.
  • Address construction-related issues promptly.
  • Ensure project compliance with building and safety codes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills for effective team coordination and stakeholder engagement. Experience in on-site project management, quality control processes, and safety compliance is essential. Proficiency in AI-based project planning and scheduling tools is a plus. A degree or diploma in civil engineering with 2-3 years of experience is required.
