We are seeking a seasoned Technology Integration Specialist to join our team of experts in harnessing data for business growth. With over 20 years of experience in leveraging technology to solve complex challenges, we pride ourselves on our unique blend of engineering and strategic expertise.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, including PowerApps, custom plugins, workflows, and Power Automate. They will also have proven experience integrating CE with external platforms, particularly marketing automation tools like Marketo.

This role requires a skilled professional who can diagnose and resolve integration and synchronization issues between Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Marketo. The successful candidate will design and build scalable solutions, support development and testing of email invalid/bounce handling, and ensure timely updates of key fields for effective campaign execution.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborate effectively across technical and business teams, and possess excellent written communication and documentation skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Diagnosing and resolving integration and synchronization issues between Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Marketo
  • Designing and building scalable solutions, including workflows, custom plugins, and Power Automate flows
  • Supporting development and testing of email invalid/bounce handling solutions within CE
  • Ensuring timely updates of key fields for effective campaign execution, segmentation, and journey activation
