Technical Integration Specialist

This role is focused on leading end-to-end API integrations with new and existing partners, ensuring seamless performance, reliability, and scalability. You will work closely with internal teams to support integration processes and develop strategies for optimal results.

About the Role
  • Integration Leadership: Lead API integrations with new and existing partners to drive business growth and enhance customer experiences.
  • Process Support: Collaborate with internal teams to support integration processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Requirements Definition: Develop clear integration requirements documents for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Integration Roadmap Development: Create and maintain integration roadmaps for key clients and suppliers.

This role requires a strong understanding of API-based systems, project management principles, and effective communication skills. You will be working independently in a remote environment, managing multiple simultaneous integrations and prioritizing tasks accordingly.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • API Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience delivering end-to-end API integrations, preferably in the travel technology sector.
  • API Knowledge: Strong experience working with API-based systems, including REST/JSON/XML protocols.
  • Project Management: Solid grasp of project management principles and proficiency with tools like Jira, ClickUp, or similar.
  • Prioritisation and Communication: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous integrations and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Remote Work Experience: Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying highly organized and self-motivated.

This role occasionally requires business travel for partner visits or events, as required.
