Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Workday Integration Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have expertise in Workday EIB, Studio, and other integration tools. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver Workday solutions and provide technical support for Workday modules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Payroll Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  • Configure and manage calculated fields, XSLT/XML transformations, and integration strategies.
  • Perform data conversions, migrations, and interface development between Workday and external systems.
  • Write and review technical design documents, integration specifications, and code reviews.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent teams to understand business requirements and deliver Workday solutions.
  • Provide technical support for Workday modules, including troubleshooting integration issues.
  • Build and support APIs and middleware integrations with third-party HR systems.

Domain Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and fundamentals.
