As a seasoned performance marketing expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic campaign planning and execution. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing our marketing funnel to achieve scalable results.

Key Responsibilities:">
  • Develop and implement multi-channel acquisition, activation, and retention strategies to drive customer growth.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across various channels, including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube.
  • Build and analyze funnel dashboards to track install, activation, subscription, and retention metrics using MMPs like AppsFlyer and Adjust.
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests on ad creatives, landing pages, CTAs, and pricing to reduce CAC and improve ROAS.
  • Execute email, push, and in-app campaigns to drive engagement, reactivations, and upsells.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced performance marketer who possesses the following qualifications:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in consumer tech or D2C spaces.
  • Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools like Google Analytics 4 and Firebase.
  • Strong command over CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC, churn, retention, and cohort analysis.
  • Track record of scaling monthly active users and reducing CAC by at least 20-30% through data-driven optimization.
  • Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to translate numbers into growth strategies for leadership.
