Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, with an estimated annual compensation of $250,000 - $350,000, depending on experience. Additionally, as an equity-based role, you will have the opportunity to participate in our company's growth and success.

About the Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to head our Engineering and AI teams. As a transformational engineer, you will be responsible for driving innovation and developing cutting-edge AI products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and deployment of AI agent-based products.
  • Ensure alignment of AI-driven solutions with business and customer needs.
  • Be actively involved in coding and architectural decisions.
  • Act as a technical mentor, demonstrating coding best practices and concepts to the team.
  • Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of scalable, cloud-based products.
  • Guide and manage the data engineering team in building efficient pipelines and systems.
  • Enable the team to handle large-scale data processing and ensure data integrity.
  • Act as a technical navigator for both frontend and backend teams.
  • Ensure seamless integration of user interfaces with backend systems.
  • Build and lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and developers.
  • Foster collaboration across teams to deliver high-quality, scalable products.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field.
  • 8-15 years of experience in engineering roles, including hands-on coding and team leadership.
  • Proven expertise in full-stack development, cloud platforms, and data engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their practical applications.
  • Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, JavaScript, React, Node.js).
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with AI agent-based products.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
  • Knowledge of scalable and secure cloud architectures.
  • Team Management, Team Leadership, and Engineering Management skills.
  • Experience in Project Management and Software Development.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams.

Technical Expertise:

  • Expertise in generative AI models such as GANs, VAEs, Diffusion Models, and LLMs.
  • Deep understanding of AI model architecture, optimization, and training techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with distributed computing and AI infrastructure.
