Job Title: Solar Panel Installer

Key Qualifications:
  • Must have completed 10th ITI
  • Electrician certification
  • Electronics knowledge

Prior experience in construction electrical solar projects is a plus.

Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, tools, safety procedures, and PPE is required.

Responsibilities:
  1. Carry and arrange solar panels, structures, cables, and tools at the site
  2. Assist technicians in panel mounting and alignment
  3. Support in basic wiring work, handling tools, holding cables, etc.
  4. Clean solar panels and help in routine operation and maintenance
  5. Ensure proper site cleanliness and safety compliance
  6. Follow instructions from the Site Engineer
