Job Opportunity

The role of a solar installation assistant is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for renewable energy and a willingness to learn. This position involves assisting technicians in the mounting and alignment of solar panels, as well as carrying out basic wiring work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in panel mounting and alignment
  • Carry and arrange solar panels, structures, cables, and tools at the site
  • Support in basic wiring work, handing tools, holding cables, etc.

Requirements:

  • Must have completed 10th ITI or equivalent qualification
  • Prior experience in construction electrical solar projects preferred
  • Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, tools, safety procedures, and PPE

Working Conditions:

  • Physical fitness to work at heights, rooftop installations, and outdoor conditions
  • Must own a bike with a valid driving license
