We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our IT recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering results in US IT Bench Sales, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong vendor and client relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

">
  • Market and place IT consultants on contract positions across various industries.
  • Bilateral collaborations with vendors to expand our talent pool and ensure successful placements.
  • Strategic planning to maximize placement success through targeted marketing efforts and negotiations.
  • Negotiation of contract terms, rates, and agreements with vendors and clients.
  • Liaison with recruiters and account managers to align hiring needs and optimize our service offerings.
  • Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn) and vendor portals to search for top talent.
  • Tracking consultant submissions, interview schedules, and onboarding processes.
  • Mentorship and guidance to junior recruiters on best sales practices and strategies.
  • Leadership and management of a team of sales consultants, setting performance goals and ensuring targets are met.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.
  • Thorough knowledge of US recruitment and tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099).
  • Proven leadership, mentorship, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
