Job Title:

IT Service Delivery Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned IT Service Delivery Manager to oversee the management of IT services across various regions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that IT services are delivered in accordance with global corporate standards.

You will manage procurement and finance processes, oversee vendor performance, and act as the escalation point for localized IT and service issues. This role requires strong stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and coordination skills.

In addition, you will ensure compliance with local/regional regulations, including contract and legal requirements. You will also align regional IT setups with global standards and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage IT service delivery across various regions.
  • Oversee procurement and finance processes.
  • Act as the escalation point for localized IT and service issues.
  • Ensure compliance with local/regional regulations.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 15+ years of experience in IT service management, vendor management, or demand operations.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes (PR/PO lifecycle, invoice management, vendor payments).
  • Hands-on experience managing IT services (telecom, networking, printing, vendor contracts).
  • Good understanding of ITIL-based service management (incident, request, escalation handling).
  • Experience working with finance teams on budgets and invoice processes.
  • Familiarity with local compliance requirements for IT contracts and services.
  • Strong stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and coordination skills.
Preferred:
  • Exposure to ERP systems (SAP MM/FICO or equivalent) for procurement and finance workflows.
  • ITIL certification.
  • Experience in multinational or regional IT operations.
