SAP FICO Consultant Position

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) professional with extensive experience in implementing and managing SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

  • The ideal candidate will have at least one full life cycle implementation experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and possess in-depth knowledge of SAP FICO configuration, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud functionalities, and integration points with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and manage the SAP FICO module, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
  2. Demonstrate deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, its integration with other modules, and drive successful deployments.
  3. Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and implement solutions that improve efficiency and performance within the SAP FICO module.
  4. Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to align with business requirements.
  5. Collaborate with other SAP module consultants to ensure seamless integration between FICO and other modules.
  6. Prepare comprehensive documentation and conduct user training sessions.
  7. Lead project teams in an agile environment and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  8. Ensure compliance requirements and accurate financial reporting.
  9. Liaise between business and technical teams for clear communication and alignment of project goals.

Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO configuration, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud functionalities, and integration points with other SAP modules.
  • Strong project management skills and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field. SAP certification in FICO and/or S/4HANA is desirable.
