Job Overview

As a Medical Writer, you will have the opportunity to combine your scientific expertise with your writing skills to develop high-quality medical and educational materials. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop client-ready scientific, medical, and educational materials such as slides, abstracts, manuscripts, and infographics under the guidance of scientific leads.
  • Liaise with international pharmaceutical clients, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders to anticipate their needs and provide effective communication.
  • Collaborate with team members, authors/faculty, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and contribute to organizational objectives through workshops/seminars/trainings.
  • Attend client meetings and support senior team members as needed.
  • Apply scientific and creative knowledge to develop innovative medical communications initiatives in the digital space.
  • Ensure all materials comply with client requirements, SOPs, style guides, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in scientific writing or relevant fields.
  • PhD/MD (Pharmacology) OR PhD (Life Sciences) OR PharmD with a good understanding of clinical research and medical communication.
  • Experience working on publications and maintaining current awareness of developments across therapeutic areas.
  • Clear, concise scientific writing style with high attention to detail and excellent language skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt writing style to different materials and target audiences.
