Job Description

As a Digital Community Manager, you will be responsible for representing the organization across all social media platforms. This involves maintaining brand integrity and ensuring a positive public perception.

  • Ensure all customer queries, complaints, and escalations received via social media are responded to within established timeframes.
  • Continuously monitor customer feedback and review websites to identify sentiment and trending topics.
  • Share daily trends and analysis derived from social media interactions and customer feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Representation: Maintain a positive image of the organization on social media.
  • Customer Query Resolution: Respond to customer complaints and queries in a timely manner.
  • Feedback Monitoring: Monitor customer feedback and review websites regularly.
  • Trend Analysis & Reporting: Share insights on social media interactions and customer feedback.

Requirements

  6. Ability to work in shifts.
  7. Graduate degree in any field.
