Job Title: Digital Media Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience as a Digital Media Specialist.

  • Will have an in-depth understanding of all things digital and social media.
  • Will manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, etc. and adapt content to suit the different channels.
  • Will strategize and plan social media campaigns and create daily social content for different platforms.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in creating social media content for different platforms.
  • Knowledge of scheduling and social analytics tools is preferred.
  • Will perform social media audience research and competitor social analysis.
  • Will monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Business Manager, etc. Knowledge of Social Media Ads is preferred.
  • Will interact with clients directly in terms of monthly billings, proposals, reporting, and invoicing.
  • Will be fluent with branding and marketing concepts (including making presentations).
  • Will be fluent with various digital media, channels, and platforms and trending news.
  • Will be a multi-specialist and not only focus on content and strategy but also manage internal and external expectations.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.
  • Adapt content to suit different channels.
  • Strategize and plan social media campaigns.
  • Create daily social content for different platforms.
  • Perform social media audience research and competitor social analysis.
  • Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms.

Candidates must have exceptional communication skills, written and spoken, a love for dealing with people, be highly self-motivated and creative, be pro-active and enjoy taking initiative, and be a multi-tasker.
