Job Title: Production Head

About the Role

This position is responsible for supervising Manual Insertion, FG Production and Testing Line Production.

The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leading teams and driving productivity.

  • SMT Line Management: Oversee the management of SMT Line, PCB, and Unit Assembly line of Production
  • Material Planning: Collaborate with the Planning Team to execute Daily, Weekly, and monthly material planning, achieving MPP targets
  • Daily Challenges: Resolve daily challenges through SIM-1, SIM-2, SIM-3, and SIM-5
  • Leadership: Lead SIM-3 and SIM-5 alongside HODs from MFG, Test Engineering, Warehouse, Facilities, Planning, Procurement, Safety, and HR
  • Productive Meetings: Conduct productive Production meetings to address productivity, efficiency, and Quality concerns
  • Operations: Coordinate the day-to-day operations across Manufacturing inter-department
  • Project Management: Spearhead KE projects and improvement project activities in coordination with Support groups
  • Document Control: Actively manage ECO documentation and implementation control
  • Procedure Review: Review and recommend enhancements for existing inter-Department procedures
  • Cost Control: Consistently monitor and controlling Non-Quality costs through corrective measures with the support of SRT Tool
  • Customer Complaints: Take corrective actions through projects to address customer complaints
  • SPS Systems: Proactively implement and maintaining the SPS systems
  • KPI Monitoring: Ensure ongoing monitoring and improvement of all production KPIs
  • Manpower Planning: Drive manpower planning for the plant and implementing multi-skilling for the workforce
  • Daily Production Planning: Continuously monitor and refining daily production planning based on OTDM requirements and BOL
  • Barrier Removal: Actively driving projects to overcome Repeated Barriers hindering the achievement of KPIs
Requirements
  • 15+ Years Experience in Supervising or Leading Teams
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills
  • Able to Manage Multiple Projects and Priorities
  • Familiarity with SIM-1, SIM-2, SIM-3, and SIM-5
  • Ability to Analyze and Solve Complex Problems
  • Strong Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Skills
  • Collaborative Approach to Work
