Computer Science Teacher Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced educator to teach Computer Science classes 11 and 12 aligned with the CBSE curriculum.

  • Develop and deliver engaging Computer Science lessons that cater to the CBSE curriculum for Classes 11-12.
  • Teach core topics such as Python programming, SQL, data handling, computer networks, and emerging technologies.
  • Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, assignments, projects, and assessments.
  • Guide students in academic projects and support them in preparing for board exams.
  • Maintain currency with CBSE syllabus changes and integrate ICT tools into teaching.
  • Ensure accurate academic records and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
Essential Qualifications
  • Postgraduate degree (M Sc, M Tech, MCA) in Computer Science or a related field.
  • B Ed is mandatory as per CBSE norms.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience teaching Computer Science at the senior secondary level is preferred.
  • Proficient in Python, SQL, and computer application tools.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and classroom management skills are essential.
