Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Computer Science Educator and Research Mentor to join our academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative instructional methods to enhance student learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Instructional Design and Delivery: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, curriculum materials, and assessment tools to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Research Mentorship: Guide and support students in research projects, fostering their academic growth and development.
  • Mentorship and Supervision: Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students, teaching assistants, and junior faculty members.
  • Departmental Contributions: Participate in departmental activities, contribute to curriculum development, and engage in service roles to support the academic community.

Requirements

  • Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field
  • Proven experience in teaching and mentoring students at the undergraduate and graduate levels
  • Strong research background and publication record
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
