We are seeking a seasoned Financial Director to lead our financial operations at Mastech Digital. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in finance, accounting, and economics.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in finance, including 5 years in a senior financial management position. They should possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

A salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per annum is expected for this role, depending on qualifications and location.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Leveraging GAAP/IFRS and financial regulations to drive business growth
  • Developing and implementing financial models and forecasts
  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve financial goals

You will work closely with the management team to develop and execute financial strategies that drive business success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant Master's degree is preferred
  • Certification: CPA, CMA, CFA, or other relevant certifications are an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of ERP and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

You should be able to work collaboratively, influence cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
