Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals who will work on various Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) services. The role requires strong expertise in global HR processes and systems, including Workday, Darwin, Service Now, and other HRO platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Team leadership and management
- Service delivery and operations management
- Client and stakeholder management
- Technical expertise
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 7- 10 years of experience in HRO services, with at least 3 years in a team lead role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday, Darwin, Service Now, and other relevant platforms is good to have.
Language: Native-level fluency in English, both written and verbal is a must.
