Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and efficiently managing administrative duties related to sales coordination and internal team operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals, ensuring timely completion and adherence to regulatory requirements.
    • Handle accounts receivable, payable, and reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
    • Ensure timely invoicing, payment follow-ups, and account clearance to maintain positive cash flow.
    • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to provide stakeholders with accurate and timely information.
    • Support audits and compliance with financial regulations to ensure the integrity of our financial operations.
  • Administrative Dutives:
    • Coordinate with the sales team to track orders, quotations, and delivery schedules to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
    • Assist in preparing sales reports and maintaining client databases to provide valuable insights and drive business growth.
    • Manage general office administration, filing, and document control to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, team activities, and other internal tasks to promote collaboration and productivity.
    • Act as a point of contact between departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Finance, Business Administration, or related field degree
  • Proven experience in both accounting and administrative roles, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, with a focus on delivering quality results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative mindset and a passion for innovation.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of local tax regulations and statutory compliance.
  • Prior experience in a sales-support or coordination environment, with a strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationships.
