Financial Operations Manager Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to oversee the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in accounting principles, tax compliance, and financial reporting.

About the Job:

  • Accounting & Financial Management: Oversee day-to-day accounting functions in compliance with organizational policies. Prepare and finalize financial statements, including Balance Sheet, P&L Account, and Cash Flow Statements.
  • Taxation & Compliance: Ensure timely filing and compliance of taxes etc. Monitor tax liabilities and ensure accurate calculation & timely payments.
  • Contracts & Agreements: Review, draft, and manage contracts, agreements, and financial clauses with clients and vendors. Ensure financial risk assessment and compliance in agreements.
  • Banking & Treasury Operations: Manage relationships with banks for guarantees, and other facilities. Handle BGs/PBGs, Solvency Certificate, foreign payments, and fund transfers efficiently.
  • Systems & Processes: Ensure efficient use of accounting software (Tally/ERP or equivalent). Implement process improvements for financial efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Tax Laws, and Financial Reporting.
  • Expertise in Mutual Funds, Securities, and Investment Accounting.
  • Proven experience in handling contracts, agreements, and client billing.
  • Hands-on experience in foreign payments, bank reconciliation, BGs/PBGs.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP), MS Excel, and financial tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Job Requirements:

  1. Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years experience in finance and accounting.
  3. Knowledge of accounting software and financial tools.
