Project Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Development Manager to oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to delivery.

  • Manage projects across various locations, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Develop and implement project management processes to ensure effective resource allocation and deadline management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction.
  • Provide strategic guidance on project estimation and cost planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree in Mechanical or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale projects with international clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of design principles, technical plans, blueprints, and drawings.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • At least 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in the Air Pollution Control industry.
  • Strong understanding of techno-commercial plans and project estimation techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly French or German, is a plus.
