Director of Healthcare Technology

We are seeking a skilled Technology and Data Science professional to lead our India operations. As the head of technology, you will oversee the development of clinically relevant AI-enabled health analytics and risk management solutions.
Key responsibilities include managing AI and NLP-based analytics products with an end-user clinical and care management perspective, developing and maintaining full-stack software solutions for health risk, clinical summarization, and health equity analytics, building internal service tools and platforms that process healthcare datasets, EHR, claim, and care management data, demonstrating operational efficiency by improving project management tools and processes, and cultivating continuous innovation and out-of-the-box thinking.
Requirements:- Minimum 10 years of software engineering experience, including maintaining/operating at least one software product.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with cloud computing and/or data processing and/or data science.
- Extensive team building and leadership experience and excellent communication skills.
- Strong executive presence and ability to interface with US leadership.
- Strong software security focus and mindset, experience with security certifications.
- Ability to manage and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience working with healthcare data and/or in the healthcare domain.
