Electronics Systems Design Lead Role

In this pivotal position, you will spearhead the creation of reliable, cost-effective, and customized electronics systems, ensuring seamless integration with customer requirements and regulatory standards. Your expertise in low-to-high power analog electronic boards, specification, design, and verification will be instrumental in shaping our defense and avionics offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative solutions for product design and development, from conceptualization to detailed analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Utilize simulation tools like SPICE and ANSYS to conduct functional simulations, signal integrity, and power integrity analyses.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define and choose components, electrical schematics, and manufacturing processes.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • B.Tech in Electronics & Communication or Electrical Engineering, with 8-12 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of digital functions, including specification, design, and verification.
  • Proficiency in using simulation tools, such as SPICE and ANSYS.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
