We are seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to join our team and develop engaging learning experiences for our clients.


  • In this role, you will play a vital part in creating interactive eLearning courses that meet the needs of our learners.
  • You will work closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and learners to design, develop, and maintain these courses.
  • Your responsibilities will also include developing supporting materials and media, such as audio, video, simulations, role plays, and gamification, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in eLearning instructional design is required.
  • Proficiency in eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline 360 and Camtasia is essential.
  • Experience with Text-to-Speech technologies like Amazon Polly and Azure is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript is also advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience with SCORM packaging is necessary.
  • You should have a strong ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also required.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.
  • A strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in eLearning content is crucial.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines is also necessary.
