Provide support to community members by answering queries and directing them to useful resources.
Work closely with subject matter experts to highlight valuable contributions and enhance expert-driven discussions. Assist in designing and structuring instructional materials, including storyboards, scripts, and eLearning modules. Use Camtasia to create, edit, and enhance video tutorials for training and knowledge-sharing purposes.
Generate voice-over using an AI tool for instructional and training videos/courses. Monitor community engagement metrics and provide insights for improving participation and learning outcomes. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Communications, Computer Science, Diploma in Instructional Design or Technical Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in community management, content moderation, content writing, content editing and review, or a related role. Strong understanding of online forums, social media engagement strategies, and community-building principles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
Readiness to learn community management tools and analytics to track engagement and performance. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams. Good problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset in identifying and resolving community challenges.
Passion for technology and the ability to grasp technical concepts to engage effectively with users.
