Job Title: Technical Data Specialist

The role of the Technical Data Specialist is to assist in building and managing systems that organize important business data such as product, customer, and supplier information. This involves working with clients and team members to deliver reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Setup and Customization: Work with the Stibo STEP platform to set up and customize data management solutions for clients.
  • Data Models: Create and manage data models (structures that define how information is stored and linked) to ensure accurate and efficient data storage.
  • Integration: Help design and build ways to connect Stibo with other systems using APIs, ETL tools, or web services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with the team to find the best technical options and guide them in development.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain solutions in simple terms.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues related to data quality, performance, or integration.
  • Platform Support: Support teams in setting up and configuring the Stibo STEP platform.

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of experience working with Stibo STEP MDM.
  • Good knowledge of Java or JavaScript for customization.
  • Experience in data integration (ETL, REST APIs, web services).
  • Hands-on knowledge of databases (SQL) and common data formats like XML, JSON, CSV.
  • Understanding of data models and how systems store information.
  • Ability to use coding/debugging tools (like an IDE).
  • Bonus: Stibo STEP Certification or knowledge of Informatica PIM.
