Immersive Experience Designer Opportunity

We're looking for a talented and experienced Immersive Experience Designer to join our team. As an Immersive Experience Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive and engaging experiences that empower scientists, educators, and learners globally.

Your primary responsibility will be to design seamless user experiences that align with our vision of delivering best-in-class research and education tools. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex problems into elegant solutions.

  • You'll work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to understand user needs and translate them into seamless user experiences.
  • You'll design intuitive, accessible, and user-centered interfaces that meet our high standards.
  • You'll create and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts and validate ideas.
  • You'll conduct user testing, gather feedback, and refine designs for maximum impact.
  • You'll define and maintain design standards, guidelines, and component libraries to ensure consistency across products.
  • You'll leverage data, usability findings, and market trends to inform design decisions and improve product usability.
  • You'll collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet quality expectations.

Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or digital content platforms.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a user-centered design process, from research and ideation through prototyping and delivery.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
  • Experience conducting or collaborating on user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations.
  • A solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility best practices.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to communicate design decisions effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
