Job Description

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Solar Operations and Maintenance Professional to oversee the performance of multiple solar plants across India. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring performance, identifying operational gaps, and implementing corrective actions to ensure targets are met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
  • Operational Gap Analysis: Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
  • Team Development: Support the recruitment, training, and retention of site O&M teams to maintain high productivity and engagement levels.
  • Project Handover/Takeover: Ensure smooth transitions following defined scopes and protocols.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
