Robotics Engineer - Innovation in Agriculture

We are seeking an experienced Senior Robotics Software Engineer to join our cutting-edge robotics startup. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing agriculture with sustainable farming solutions.

This is an exceptional opportunity for you to leverage your skills in Python, C++, and ROS to drive innovative features in Robotics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready robotics solutions that meet the highest standards of quality.

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing robust software in Python & C++ with a strong focus on algorithms, data structures, and performance.
  • Collaborating with electronics, mechanical, AI/ML, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of production-ready robotics solutions.
  • Ensuring code quality through methodical testing, debugging, and documentation.
  • Driving complex feature delivery from conception to production.

To succeed in this position, you should possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in shipping production-grade software.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and C++.
  • A deep understanding of algorithms and data structures.
  • Experience with Robotics, Computer Vision, or Machine Learning.
  • Proficiency with Linux systems, hardware integration, and driver development.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.

Bonus skills include:

  • Hands-on experience with ROS (Robot Operating System).
  • Prior experience leading end-to-end complex feature delivery.
  • Exposure to sustainable/agriculture-focused robotics solutions.
