Job Overview

The Service Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in driving service quality and customer satisfaction.

This position is responsible for leading and managing service operations for press part tooling customers. Key responsibilities include handling AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), resolving customer complaints, coordinating across departments, guiding and mentoring service engineers and technicians, ensuring compliance with pharma engineering standards and safety protocols, maintaining service documentation and performance reports, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage service operations to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage AMC contracts and ensure timely execution of services
  • Resolve customer complaints through proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Guide and mentor service engineers and technicians to enhance technical capabilities
  • Ensure compliance with pharma engineering standards and safety protocols
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and performance reports
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • BE in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 8–10 years of experience in Pharma Engineering / Tooling industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting and technical support capabilities
  • Experience in handling audits and regulatory compliance
  • Effective communication and customer relationship skills
