We are seeking a skilled Creative Content Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative campaigns for global brands.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of producing high-quality content that meets client expectations and drives results.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop strategically focused concepts and campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Take ownership of writing projects, managing them from start to finish while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with product information, competitor data, and market trends.
- Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, working independently and effectively.
- Estimate creative hours and participate in client meetings and presentations.
- Contribute to shaping strategic branding in collaboration with planning teams.
- Maximize productivity of the creative team by managing workloads and ensuring everyone is busy and billable.
- Provide written feedback for performance reviews and ongoing feedback on the creative team's performance.
Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of experience in a creative agency environment.
- A proven track record of creative ability and judgment, successful client contact experience, and excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with account management, successfully manage creative writers, and be available to travel.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with industry-standard tools and software.
- Familiarity with market research techniques and methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
