Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing strategic school engagement programs in collaboration with partner schools.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong presentation design skills, hands-on experience in event planning and operations management, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders, and deadlines effectively.

In this role, you will design and implement student engagement activities in collaboration with schools, coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensure smooth event operations and execution on the ground, prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials, and monitor program impact and provide feedback for improvements.

About You:

  • You have 0-2 years of experience in program management, events, or operations.
  • You enjoy working with schools, planning student-centric activities, and managing events.
  • You are interested in contributing to the education sector and being part of India's fastest-growing EdTech company.
