We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer-Transmission Dwdm to drive technical innovation in our 24/7 Automated Ops Services. This role requires expertise in diagnosis, fast domain support, routine resource fulfilment, and field technical support.
Key Responsibilities:- Higher level skill knowledge and operation experience in 2nd Level troubleshooting of incident for DWDM, SDH, and IP Technology.
- Candidate must have excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
- Must have quality leadership with good experience in customer call handling and issue resolution.
- Experience of working on network equipment in DWDM, SDH, and IP nodes is essential.
- Hands-on experience with Ciena DWDM 6500, Ciena L2, L3 devices, ECI SDH nodes, Sync devices, and MS Operations via NOC is required.
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering preferably in Electronics, Computer Science, Telecommunication, or equivalent.
- 5-10 years of hands-on experience as a 2nd Level Engineer-functional role.
- Strong technical knowledge of the DWDM, SDH, and IP Technology preferably 6K series, Transmission, or ENM experience preferred.
