Job Opportunity

PES ENGINEERING provides technical and engineering services with significant experience in the Oil & Gas, Power, Renewable Energy, Chemical, Petrochemical, and Automotive sectors.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving and analyzing contractual documentation, ensuring implementation of reference standards/specifications relating to Static Equipment, acting as project specialist leader, defining methods for developing the engineering discipline, executing or supervising the overall process of defining specifications for pressure vessels, and providing timely updates to PEM and PE project managers.

The successful candidate must have work experience in plant layout and pressure vessel design for the O&G industry, in-depth knowledge of international design codes (ASME, API, TEMA, WRC, etc.), familiarity with codes, standards, and recommended practices for static equipment, and ability to outline design packages.

A degree in engineering, preferably mechanical, is required along with knowledge of at least one of the PV Elite or Compress programs. Familiarity with 2D CAD software is a plus. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years' experience in the role gained at EPC and/or engineering companies operating in the Oil & Gas and Power sector or as a Project Engineer at companies designing and constructing process and power generation equipment.
