Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer & Creative Lead

This is a senior graphic design position with creative lead responsibilities. The role involves executing high-quality designs, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring quality oversight.

  • Design Execution (Core Focus):
    • Produce social media graphics, PDFs, campaign visuals, ads, and storyboards.
    • Work on critical projects directly to ensure deadlines are met.
    • Adapt designs for different platforms while maintaining performance and usability.
    • Maintain brand guidelines and assets.
  • Creative & Quality Oversight:
    • Review creative outputs for consistency, spacing, hierarchy, alignment, and adherence to brand guidelines.
    • Act as the quality gatekeeper to minimize revisions.
    • Provide clear feedback that raises the bar beyond baseline execution.
  • Team Support:
    • Mentor junior designers by sharing feedback rooted in design principles.
    • Help manage timelines and workload allocation for smooth delivery.
    • Partner with project managers and leadership to align creative execution with business needs.
    • Handle queries related to creative assets efficiently.

About You:

  • A mid-to-senior designer with exceptional visual skills and a portfolio of high-quality work.
  • Expert in graphic design, storyboarding, and campaign execution.
  • Confident in both executing and critiquing design work to professional standards.
  • Experienced working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable managing workload independently while mentoring others.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and calm under pressure.
