Key Responsibilities:
  • Design engaging social media creatives, posters, banners, and brochures that inspire interest and excitement.
  • Create compelling short videos/reels, edit student testimonials, and craft attention-grabbing ad creatives.
  • Maintain a consistent visual identity across digital, print, and event materials, ensuring seamless storytelling.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver high-performing visuals that drive results.
  • Support outreach events and education fairs with impactful branding & collaterals that leave a lasting impression.
  • Stay ahead of design trends to keep our brand fresh, youthful, and engaging, always pushing boundaries.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with timely delivery, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer/Creative Designer, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools, with a solid grasp of their capabilities.
  • Strong skills in both static design & video editing, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • A good sense of typography, colors, and layouts, with the ability to translate concepts into visually stunning stories.
  • Prior experience in the education or youth-focused sector is a plus, but not a requirement.
