Identity Operations Engineer

This is a long-term contract position with one of the largest global technology leaders. The role is based in Bangalore, India.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for identity operations, including implementation, management, and maintenance of identity systems.

This includes designing and implementing role-based access control systems, segregation of duties, entitlement management, and identity lifecycle management. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to the design of modern authentication methodologies, such as SAML-based federation and OAuth 2.0.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement identity solutions in complex landscapes involving multiple applications and integration types.
  • Develop and maintain IAM policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues related to identity operations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of security protocols and best practices to protect sensitive data.
Requirements
  • Good experience with modern Identity and Access Management products, preferably SailPoint IIQ and SailPoint ISC, MS Entra ID, and CyberArk.
  • Strong knowledge of database management and data structure principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
